Vizir is operated by Fanaura Ventures UAB (company code 306081738, J. Savickio g. 4-7, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania). This company is the controller of your data and the party you contract with.
What Vizir does
Vizir prepares your visa application: it fills in the form from your details, draws up a document list for your passport and country of residence, and prepares a cover letter and an itinerary. A visa specialist reviews the package before it reaches you.
On the Full service plan Vizir also books your appointment at the visa centre or consulate and stays in touch until the decision. Vizir books only on the official site, in your name; it uses no booking robots and does not resell appointments.
You sign and submit the application yourself; Vizir does not lodge applications on your behalf. Where a form asks whether someone helped you fill it in, the answer is yes — Vizir.
A visa specialist is a Vizir employee trained in consular requirements. Vizir is not a law firm, gives no legal advice and does not represent you before a consulate.
Vizir is not a consulate or a visa centre. Whether a visa is issued, for how long and for how many entries is decided by the consulate.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about yourself and the trip.
- Genuine documents: passport, statements, bookings, insurance.
- Answers to the specialist's questions within a reasonable time — the submission date depends on them.
Vizir does not prepare applications with invented details or forged documents. If any are found, work on the application stops.
Price and payment
Prices are listed per person on the Prices page. Starting is free: you pay once the form and the document package are ready and you have seen them. Consular and visa-centre fees are paid by you directly to them and are not part of Vizir's price.
Timing
The form and the document list are ready within 2 working days after we have your passport and all your answers — 3 working days for a group. The cover letter and itinerary follow once you send your bookings. The processing time of the application is set by the consulate.
Refunds
When and how much is refunded is set out in the refund policy.
Liability
Vizir is responsible for the quality of the documents it prepares: that the form matches the details you sent and the consulate's requirements on the day of preparation. Vizir's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, except for harm caused deliberately or by gross negligence and where the law of your country gives you more.
