Vizir / Privacy

Privacy policy

Vizir is operated by Fanaura Ventures UAB (company code 306081738, J. Savickio g. 4-7, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania). This company is the controller of your data and the party you contract with.

What data we receive

  • Contact: name, Telegram handle, WhatsApp number, email or WeChat ID.
  • Trip details: country, dates, number of travellers, citizenship and country of residence.
  • Documents you send: passport, employer and bank letters, bookings, insurance, past visas.
  • Messages in the site chat and in the messenger.
  • Site visit data: pages, referrer, IP address, device type.

Why

To prepare your visa application, book your appointment and answer your questions. Visit data helps us see which pages are useful and protect the site from abuse.

Legal grounds: your request and the contract with you; our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure; accounting law. Some forms ask about health and criminal records — we process those answers only with your explicit consent, asked before you fill them in, and only to complete the form.

Who sees your documents

The specialists preparing your application. A consulate or visa centre receives documents when you submit the application yourself or have asked Vizir to book your appointment. On our instructions data is processed by the site host and the request and chat system. Telegram and WhatsApp handle your messages under their own rules.

We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.

Where data is processed

Our providers and specialists may work outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on its decisions recognising a country as safe.

How long we keep it

  • Copies of documents — while the application is being worked on and for 90 days after the consulate's decision or, if we do not learn of it, after your trip dates. On request we delete them sooner or keep them for your next visa.
  • Name, contact and request history — three years from your last request.
  • Payment records — as long as accounting law requires.

If you send details of fellow travellers, tell them; a parent decides for a child.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write in the chat on the site — we act within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Google Analytics; in the EU, the UK and Switzerland it works without analytics cookies. The site remembers the language you picked, and the chat stores the conversation and your contact in the browser so that it does not ask again.
